At Storybook Enchantments, each item is crafted especially for the person who orders it. The goal is to offer a shopping experience that feels warm, dependable, and genuinely caring. If something isn’t right, support is always here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Because products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect color or size chosen
  • Change of mind
  • General dissatisfaction unrelated to defects

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, images, and/or size guides closely before purchasing.

However, if your experience feels disappointing for any reason, you’re welcome to reach out. While returns cannot always be offered, solutions will always be explored under the Satisfaction Guarantee.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, flawed, or noticeably different from what was expected, Storybook Enchantments offers a Satisfaction Guarantee.

Just reach out within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos and a description of the issue so it can be resolved swiftly. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Should your order arrive with any manufacturing issue, please notify us through our Contact page or by emailing us.

To help the team fix the issue quickly, please include:

  • Photos of the problem
  • A short description
  • Your order number

So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Because orders begin production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not always possible. If a change is needed, reach out as soon as possible and customer support will assist if the order has not yet entered fulfillment.
